Maria Lampadaki

Maria Lampadaki is a Senior Associate at Zepos & Yannopoulos Law Firm, specializing in EU and national Antitrust & Competition law. She is admitted before the Supreme Court of Greece; she is also qualified as French lawyer.  

Maria has significant expertise and experience in all areas of EU and national Antitrust & Competition law. She provides both litigation and advisory support to clients. She represents clients before the National Competition Authority, the Greek Appellate Court, the Greek Civil Courts (damages claims) and the European Commission.  She advises clients from a very wide variety of industries, including energy, defense, construction, pharmaceutical, health insurance, consumer goods, harbor services, shipyards, industrial parks, banking and financial sector. Maria has been involved in numerous remarkable and complex antitrust cases (advisory, settlement and adversary proceedings) and merger cases before the National Competition Authority and national courts. She has also been involved in high profile state aid cases before the European Commission (design, notification, complaints).

Maria holds an LL.B. from the Athens Law School and two LL.M. degrees (Public Law and Public Business Law) from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne. She has previously held the post of Teaching Fellow in Law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has also authored and contributed to numerous publications on competition law.
