Nikos Papadopoulos is an Associate at Ballas Pelecanos Law and a member of the firm’s Data Privacy, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Intellectual Property, Consumer Rights & Product Liability, and Dispute Resolution practice groups. He holds an LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace and an advanced LL.M. in Law and Digital Technologies from Leiden University.

With expertise at the intersection of law and technology, Nikos advises international and domestic clients on privacy compliance, intellectual property in the digital environment, blockchain, AI, and telecommunications. 

An active member of Lexing-Advanced Technology Law Network, Nikos has authored articles on technology law and is a regular speaker at industry conferences. In 2023, he joined the European Data Protection Board’s Support Pool of Experts.

Additionally, Nikos is pursuing a BA in Theatre Studies at the University of Athens and will publish his first book, melatonini, in February 2025.
