Zafirios Tsolakidis

Zafirios Tsolakidis is an attorney at Law in Athens since 2002. 

He is an Associate Professor of Civil Law at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School, where he teaches General Principles of Civil Law, Law of Obligations (General and Special Part), Family Law, Applications of Civil Law, as well as Banking Law, Real Property Law and Methodology of Law (in Postgraduate courses). 

Author of 6 books (among which “Compensation in precontractual liability”, “Bank Transactions Law Pt I” and “Contractual and Delictual Liability for Assistants”) and more than 40 articles in Legal Journals and Collections. 

Member of the Parliamentary Committee of the Hellenic Republic for the Scrutiny of the Quality of the Legislative Process. Member of several legislative committees (for the reform of the law of sale and provision of digital services, for the migration of the Dodecanese Cadastre to the National Cadastre, for the occupied properties of the State, etc.). Member of scientific associations and a member of the editorial board and a regular contributor to legal journals.
